Bengal Bets is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform built for users in Bangladesh. The platform operates for entertainment purposes and is open to all adults of legal age.

These terms are governed by Bangladesh Standard Time (BST). Bengal Bets reserves the right to temporarily suspend services at any time without prior notice — however, members will be informed in advance wherever possible.

To open an account with Bengal Bets, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old — no exceptions.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• A valid, active Bangladeshi mobile number is required.
• The platform is for personal use only, not on behalf of others.

Two members of the same household may open separate accounts, provided they use different mobile numbers and banking details — and it is advisable not to log in from the same device. Identity verification is mandatory for both.

Before making your first withdrawal on Bengal Bets, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed. This process is mandatory to protect members and prevent fraudulent activity.

Documents required for KYC:

• Clear photos of both the front and back of your National ID (NID).
• A recent selfie taken while holding your NID.
• For large withdrawals (৳50,000+), a bank statement or bKash statement may be required.

KYC verification typically takes a few hours to up to 24 hours. Once approved, you will be notified by email or in-app notification. If any document is unclear, you may be asked to re-upload it.

The following policies apply to all deposits and withdrawals at Bengal Bets:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (bKash/Nagad), ৳5,000 (bank transfer).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals are typically completed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

If a deposit doesn't reflect in your account, please wait 5–10 minutes first. If it still hasn't appeared, take note of your transaction ID and Help Center let us know. Bengal Bets does not charge any deposit fees, though your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

All bonuses and promotions at Bengal Bets are offered honestly and transparently. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the offer details.

• A bonus must be activated before depositing — it cannot be applied after a deposit is made.
• Each offer can be claimed once per account.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not possible until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will result in all of them being cancelled.
• Bengal Bets reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All games and betting markets on Bengal Bets operate in accordance with international standards. The following rules apply to Sports Betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Bengal Bets reserves the right to correct it to the proper odds.
• If a match is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
• Live betting may experience delays — conditions can change during that time.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns are monitored.

Casino games operate under the rules of their respective providers. RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available in the game description. Bengal Bets does not control game outcomes — these are determined by a third-party RNG (Random Number Generator).

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Bengal Bets and may result in immediate account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Use of false or forged identity documents.
• Coordinated betting for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.

Members may close their account at any time — Help Center Just let us know. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Bengal Bets may suspend or terminate an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for more than 12 months).

For suspended or closed accounts, any valid balance will be refunded if no violations are found during the investigation. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee.

Bengal Bets makes every effort to keep the platform running at all times, but liability is limited in the following situations:

• When a game or bet is interrupted due to internet outage or network issues.
• Delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Issues caused by the member's own device or browser.
• In force majeure situations (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

Bengal Bets is not responsible for the outcome of wins or losses — results are entirely chance-based. Betting always carries the risk of financial loss, and members participate at their own risk.

Bengal Bets may update these terms and conditions as needed. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or platform notification.

Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
